Approval of unit holders was necessary for winding up of Franklin schemes: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that approval of unit holders was required for winding up of mutual fund schemes in the Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund case, upholding the judgement of the Karnataka High Court.
