GST Council Meeting Highlights: No tax on black fungus drug Amphotericin B; rates unchanged for COVID-19 vaccine GST Council Meeting Highlights: The tax rate on ventilators, medical grade oxygen, COVID-19 testing kits, oxygen concentrators, BiPAP machine and several other COVID essentials have been brought down to 5 percent. The new rates will remain in effect till at least September 30.
