Housing prices in Gurugram down 4% in last one year; Noida sees marginal rise: PropTiger

According to the report, the combined sales of houses in both Gurugram and Noida regions fell 47 per cent during July-September period to 5,569 units. Gurugram area includes Bhiwadi, Sohna and Dharuhera and Noida includes Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway.
